Our Story
About Us
Hola! We are Matt and Jordan, boyfriends traveling across the United States this summer with our three dogs. We began dating in 2022 and moved in together in 2023.
Together, we are journeying out of the American Southwest in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Florida, the Poconos, and back. Follow along as we drive, eat, hike, create, kayak, explore, and connect over the next forty days (and possibly beyond)! It may not always be pretty, but it will always be entertaining and honest.

Jordan
Jordan is a New Mexico transplant who moved out to the desert unexpectedly during a road trip over two years ago when the American Southwest captured his heart. Jordan has been working remotely as a bookkeeper for his family’s printing business for over many years. He is a native of the Philadelphia area and has lived in Virginia, Florida, and New Jersey.
Matt
Matt is a lifelong New Mexican who just quit his job and is unemployed for the first time since he started working at 15. His goals during this break are centered around exploring and nourishing his creative pursuits which include painting, photography, and writing. When Matt isn’t busy being unemployed, he works at the juncture of public relations and technology for the public sector.
